The following form is designed to verify and collect the most current information for officer profiles maintained in our records. It is essential that all information provided is accurate and up to date, as this data is required to ensure officers are eligible and properly credentialed to work off-duty assignments through Law Enforcement Specialists, Inc. Incomplete or outdated information may delay or prevent an officer’s ability to be scheduled for off-duty work. Please review and complete all fields carefully.

Note: if you are outside the state of Arizona, please locate your active POST status with your equivalent local government website.

Active Officer Acknowledgement*

In order to work off-duty, an officer must be in the status of either "active" or "reserve" and with an agency. If you do not acknowledge these requirements, you are not eligible to work off-duty.

In order to work off-duty, you must be with an active agency. If you are not, you are not eligible to work off-duty with LES.

To ensure compliance with Arizona state law and verify your eligibility to perform law enforcement duties, all applicants must upload a current copy of their active AZPOST status. (If you are outside the state of Arizona, please upload your status that demonstrates that you are a current officer with a department in your state.) Per A.R.S. § 41-1823 and Arizona Administrative Code R13-4-103, no individual may exercise the authority or perform the duties of a peace officer in the State of Arizona without active certified status. Providing this documentation confirms that your certification is in "active" status and has not moved to an "inactive" or "lapsed" status as defined under A.A.C. R13-4-111.
